QIPP Review of Back Office Functions

The report was published on the 18th November and identifies how up to £600m can be redirected to support front line services.

The report is aimed at Chairs, Chief Executives and Senior Managers of both commissioner and provider NHS bodies and proves then with clear advice and guidance on the evaluation of back office functions.
