NICE Publishes New Quality Standards on Patient & Service User Experience

The National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE) has published two draft quality standards for consultation, which outline the level of service that people using the NHS should expect to receive.

The first standard applies to all adult NHS services:

The consultation period runs until the 19th July.
