Government Explains Changes to Modernisation Plans

This week, following the report of the NHS Future Forum, the Government set out the changes it will make to  the Health & Social Care Bil. NHS Chief Executive, David Nicholson, has also written a letter to all NHS, local government and social care leaders, setting out new transition arrangements.
