Our People

Our key asset is our staff.  We have a rich skill mix, employing a range of qualified staff from different professional disciplines ranging from CCAB qualified accountants, Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), Qualification in Computer Audit (QiCA), Local Counter Fraud Specialist qualified (LCFS), Institute of Risk Management (CIRM) and Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT). In addition we have a range of staff holding other relevant qualifications including PRINCE2 practitioner training and operational management diplomas. 

Our recruitment strategy is based around maintaining a mix of qualifications, age and experience and above all, a common sense, pragmatic attitude to audit. 

We have a stable, experienced and consistent senior team who are based locally, leading the audit service to clients from locally based, multidisciplinary teams. Being locally based enables us to be visible and integrated with our client staff and to respond quickly and effectively to needs.
